We are a mission-driven collective, we innovate and never sit still, always striving for better and we believe the best is yet to come About the role We are looking for a Business Partnering Analyst to join us and be responsible for commercial reporting and analysis across revenue growth and margin, supporting business targets. You will join a busy team and use your strong analytical skills to provide data that supports decision making. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong desire to enhance the finance function and wider business. What youll do Responsible for commercial reporting for all business channels, identifying trends and areas for improvement Identify and communicate key drivers of both current and future business performance to non-finance leaders in an understandable manner Work closely with Commercial teams to conduct robust analysis of business opportunities, such as new pricing strategies, aligning with profitability goals Work alongside Business Partnering team during Budget and Reforecast processes, owning and refining existing financial models Build positive relationships across functions and respond to internal queries Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to complete accurate and timely analysis and reporting on projects and initiatives Lead a culture of process improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy and operational excellence At STATSports we innovate, work collaboratively, never sit still and always strive to get better so, from time to time you may take on other duties and related tasks, the above is not an exhaustive list. About you Youll need to have: A degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a similar field Demonstrable experience in a previous Analyst role with exposure to budgeting and financial modelling Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Experience in using and creating reports in Power BI, or other business intelligence tool Itd be great if you have Experience using Microsoft Navision 2017 Experience with Power Query and SQL Server Comfortable with analysing large volumes of data STATSports is an equal opportunity employer.
