We are looking for an experienced Online Brand Enforcement Specialist. As an OBE Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Brand Protection team in safeguarding the intellectual property, brand image, and reputation for well-known global brands. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in brand protection, compliance, and intellectual property management. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in this specialised area. Essential skills and experience Familiar with e-commerce and social media notice and takedown portals and programmes. Experience of using SaaS platforms to conduct takedowns. Knowledge of Internet law, including the Digital Services Act Domain name experience, including portfolio management and drafting domain name complaints (e.g., UDRP, URS, DRS). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
