Are you an experienced property management professional, looking to join a reputable independent managing agent who are winning a huge amount of new business? I am working for a successful managing agent based in zone 2/3 London, who are looking for an experienced residential property manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join the department and manage their own portfolio. The portfolio will be roughly 500-600 units all located in Central London, and will be made up of a mix of different residential property types, leaning towards larger, more complex sites. Location: SW London (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH) About the company: They are a friendly bunch – inclusive and welcoming team They have a large client base spread across central London They offer a competitive base salary Flexible working opportunities Passionate about your progression – they will support you with industry qualifications (IRPM) The successful candidate will be responsible for: Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance Overseeing major works and serving Section 20 notices Site visits to ensure good building condition Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio Key skills required: Significant experience managing a large leasehold portfolio IRPM Qualification (preferred but not essential) Strong customer service and communicative skills Attention to detail Strong budgeting and financial management experience This position is open to Senior Property Managers, and Property Managers looking to take a step up.
