MET Technician

Location: Coalville Site

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: Up to GBP37,000 + benefits

Join the UK’s largest vehicle leasing company. Due to growth and the opening of a new state-of-the-art refurbishment centre, we are seeking a MET technician to join our vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire. Reporting to the cosmetic team leads, the primary objective of this role is to ensure vehicles are prepared according to reconditioning standards.

The MET technicians play a crucial role in ensuring vehicles meet performance and quality standards by enhancing the appearance of paintwork. Responsibilities include:

• Removing and refitting components and damaged panels for cosmetic preparation
• Using digital job cards to complete work lines
• Ordering necessary parts

You will access advanced tooling and diagnostic equipment for ADAS calibration, fault finding, and rectification.

Minimum Criteria

• Legally able to drive a manual vehicle in the UK
• Diagnostic experience
• Strip/fit experience
• Basic EV awareness (desirable)
• ADAS calibration experience (desirable)
