COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a North Dorset based company, with over 60 years’ experience in the Electrical industry. They have have delivered thousands of electrical projects for commercial and industrial clients across the UK. Our client continue to provide electrical services to businesses, schools, universities, hospitals and properties of national interest, and are always the first call in an electrical emergency for hundreds of organisations. Our client are proud of our excellent retention rate and our overwhelmingly positive annual staff satisfaction survey results. Now is the time to join a strong family business with inherent supporting values. JOB PURPOSE Due to continual growth, they are looking for additional electricians/approved electricians. Their normal operating areas are Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset and they undertake all types and sizes of electrical works within the commercial, industrial and domestic sectors, from small scale renewable installations to full commercial/industrial fit outs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Electricians who work well alone or as part of a team An understanding and appreciation of the importance of customer satisfaction Self-motivation to work from their own initiative Ambition to embrace training opportunities QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Experience working as a qualified Electrician. A good knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations. The ability to plan and organise where required. A qualified Electrician with a valid driving licence and the ability to drive a company van. City & Guilds 2391 (inspection & testing) City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition) ECS Gold Card PASMA IPAF SALARY & BENEFITS Salary £44,500 p/a Company van (Electric if suitable) Company fuel card Extensive plant/power tools provided.
