They are recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join their HR team. The Recruitment Advisor is all about finding the best talent in the market and promoting the company as an employer of choice. Working closely with the wider people team to understand the manpower & succession plans, the Recruitment Advisor will pro-actively search for external people using both trusted resourcing methods and innovative new ways whilst ensuring all candidates expectations are exceeded through the recruitment process. It’s about being the gurus of what makes our people great and being able to identify our values in others. You must come from a hospitality background. This role is 5 days onsite in their head office. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all roles across the brand • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions. • Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
