This role combines executive support with studio management duties, requiring excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, flexible, and professional individual who can anticipate the needs of the Creative Director and create a positive, efficient workplace for our team. Studio Coordinator Represent the Front-of-House of the brand Simone Rocha: monitor and maintain the standard of representation throughout; Act as first contact when people visit and contact the studio, including opening and closing the studio on a daily basis. Ensure the smooth running of the studio environment; Proactively provide general studio administration and the coordination of all facilities and maintenance work. Support and liaise with external providers such as plumbers, electricians, minor repairs, IT, cleaners, concierge, and courier services. Act as a health and safety stakeholder by ensuring the proper implementation of H&S policies. Maintain and improve studio operations and protocols; Communicate where appropriate to the team any new processes or key changes in relation to the studio; Maintain relationships and negotiate with studio/office vendors and service providers; Process studio and staff day-to-day expenses; Make all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, taxis) at competitive rates and within the budgets for the team; Assist the team across the HR function of the business i.e. recruitment, staff inductions, and absence management; Executive Assistant to the Creative Director Be an accurate, efficient, and professional administrative support to Creative Director Manage Creative Director’s internal and external calendar – coordinate meetings and appointments Book all aspects of domestic and worldwide travel such as flights, hotels, cars, trains, visas and creating travel itineraries Assist with personal affairs and running both company and personal errands as necessary Maintain and negotiate competitive rates and relationships This is a full-time role based in our studio in London. #J-18808-Ljbffr
