Vivienne Westwood, one of the most iconic British Fashion Brands, is seeking a dedicated People Officer to join the team in the Head Office on a fulltime basis for 12 months. The People Officer will support the People team and business in cultivating a positive workplace culture aligned with our values. You will be the first point of contact for general employee queries, providing timely and accurate HR support and ensuring processes comply with employment law. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Queries & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for general HR queries, guiding employees on policies and procedures. Absence & Time Tracking: Log and monitor employee absences, overtime (OT), and Days in Lieu (DIL), ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting. Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing contracts, coordinating induction schedules, and conducting exit interviews. Intern and Work Experience Programs: Coordinate and oversee the internship and work experience programs, including onboarding, scheduling, and support. Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling. Payroll & Expense Support: Support payroll activities as needed, ensuring employee information is accurately maintained for timely processing. Assist with managing employee expense claims and tracking. Employee Life Cycle Administration: Support across the employee lifecycle, including scheduling inductions and probation reviews, maintaining accurate records on the HRIS etc. Meeting Support: Take accurate and confidential notes during meetings as required, ensuring follow-ups and documentation are well-maintained. Policy & Procedure Support: Assist with the implementation and communication of company policies, contributing to a well-informed and compliant workplace. HR Projects & Initiatives: Support on HR projects, including initiatives in employee wellbeing, ED&I, and engagement, to drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Assist with any other HR tasks and projects.
