This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a market leading building and civil engineering contractor throughout the UK and Ireland. About the role of senior Quantity Surveyor: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for leading all commercial aspects of the project and ensuring compliance with the contractual requirements. Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity surveyor: Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for budgets. Procurement of Sub-Contractors and preparation of Sub-Contractor order documentation. Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues and identification and management of commercial risks.
