Our client is a leading medical and scientific distribution company focused on delivering innovative, value-added solutions to the UK market that now requires a Territory Manager for London and South of the UK to join their Clinical and Life Sciences team. As a Territory Manager for this Territory, you will play a key role in driving the growth and retention of business within your region. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both existing and new clients, promoting products and solutions, and achieving sales targets. This is a field-based role with 60-75% travel, where you will work closely with customers on product demos, trials, and face-to-face meetings. You will collaborate with the Clinical/Life Science Team Leader and Marketing to ensure the value-added message is effectively communicated across your territory. The role offers the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of the Clinical/Life Sciences industry while developing your career in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Please note this role will require extensive travel across London and the South of the UK. Suitable candidates must live in this region and have previous medical device sales experience. Business Development & Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Territory. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share across the Pharma, Academia, healthcare facilities, and healthcare professionals Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including laboratory managers and personnel Provide technical training and support to customers, addressing product-specific queries and offering solutions that align with their needs. Provide regular reports on territory performance, customer feedback, and market insights to the Clinical/Life Science Team Leader. Ensure proper handling and documentation of customer complaints, adhering to the quality management processes. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple accounts and projects independently. A full UK driving license is required, with the ability to travel frequently within the Western Territory (60-75% travel). Flexibility for occasional travel outside the territory for company events or special projects. Please note this is a full-time, permanent, remote role with core hours of Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm but flexibility is required for business travel. Company car or car allowance.
