We are March the UKs leading provider of critical engineering services. Our expertise as a multi-disciplinary engineering partner across infrastructure, process and digital services has led to long term partnerships with leading organisations in everything from food and drink and utilities to high-security industries such as defence, aerospace and nuclear. A new job opportunity has arisen for a SHEQ Advisor to join our team based out of our offices in Burton on Trent. Key Responsibilities Promoting good health and safety practices throughout the business and drive the development of a positive safety culture with tactical plans that continually improve performance. Lead Safety Committee Meetings and act on feedback. Support the team to ensure the on-going compliance of the companys Integrated Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems with certified ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). Complete operational site audits and inspections to achieve health and safety compliance at site level, report back findings and ensure corrective actions are in place. Work with clients and sub-contractors to build alignment with our approach to health, safety and environment.
