Role Overview
Weβre on the hunt for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to bring creative ideas to life across various platforms, including branding, digital, print, and animation. You will work closely with our creative director and a team of four talented creatives. This role is perfect for someone who is mouldable and thrives in a fast-paced, family-like business environment with plans for significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of design briefs, working from concept to completion.
- Work on projects spanning branding, digital campaigns, print collateral, and social media assets.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant visual solutions.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and other team members.
- Present your work confidently and articulate design decisions clearly.
- Stay updated with design trends and apply them thoughtfully.
- Ensure consistency with design standards and brand guidelines.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of design experience, ideally within an in-house design team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills across branding, digital, and print.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; Figma experience is a plus.
- Good eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Solid grasp of design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, crucial in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit.

- Experience in video editing for social media.
