Regeneration Assistant Position: Regeneration Assistant Rate of Pay: £13.05 per hour Recruiter: Opus People Solutions, on behalf of our client Location: Onsite full time at the Civic Centre and Walsall Library within Walsall Town Centre Hours: 18.5 hours per week. Hours to be worked over 3 to 5 days, Monday – Friday. Contract: 3-month ongoing temporary basis About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our Client, Walsall Council, for a Regeneration Officer. The role is crucial to efficiently support the Employment Advisors within the Walsall Works team. Key Responsibilities Maintain, enter, record and update data on recording systems and CRM systems. Support and participate in Events such as Job Fairs. Be first point of contact for inbound queries from external stakeholders. Provide administrative support to the Employment Advisors. Essential Requirements Experience: Minimum of 6 months of administration experience in a similar role. Good knowledge and confidence in using Microsoft Applications including Excel. Commitment to work onsite at the Civic Centre and Walsall library. Data Entry and Business Support experience is preferred. Administration background is preferred. Attention to detail is essential. Good verbal and written communication is essential
