If you’re ready to be part of something meaningful, we want to meet you.
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, detail-loving and strategically minded Client Services Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid client-facing experience and who’s passionate about digital media, programmatic advertising, and building high-impact client relationships. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to manage day-to-day client relationships, plan and oversee programmatic campaigns, and uncover new growth opportunities. You’ll become the go-to for your clients—someone who gets their business, solves problems before they arise, and always adds value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Relationship Management
- Own day-to-day client communications, building trust and demonstrating strategic value at every touchpoint
- Lead kick-offs, mid-campaign check-ins, and post-campaign reviews with insight-led storytelling
- Act as the key link between client stakeholders and our internal teams (sales, tech, creative, trading)
- Be proactive, solution-focused, and always one step ahead of client needs
- Media Strategy & Planning
- Translate briefs into programmatic strategies that align with client KPIs
- Use planning tools, first-party data and audience insights to craft impactful media plans
- Collaborate with traders and performance specialists to optimise campaigns in-flight
- Deliver clear, compelling PCAs and business reviews that drive renewals and growth
- Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Protect and grow client revenue through upweights, renewals and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure timely forecasting and accurate reporting of financials and performance
- Maintain excellent internal process hygiene (status docs, briefings, timelines, POs)
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest new tools, tactics or services to improve our client offering
- Team & Culture Contribution
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity and client category news
- Champion new ideas—from creative asset suggestions to smarter ways of working
- Support the sales team at events and new business meetings when needed
- Share learnings and successes with the team, helping us all level up
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within digital media, agency, or ad tech business
- Strong understanding of Programmatic Advertising and audience planning
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive attitude with a creative, solutions-first mindset
- Highly organised with an eagle eye for detail and deadlines
- Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; bonus if you’ve used Adobe, Notion, or AI tools like ChatGPT
- Someone who thrives in a small, dynamic team and wants to make a big impact
Why Join Us?
- Flexibility – Hybrid working: WFH Mon/Tues/Fri, collaborate in-person Wed/Thurs
- Autonomy & Growth – Real responsibility, real impact, and real room to grow
- Innovation at Heart – Use AI, creativity, and insight to push boundaries
- Thriving Culture – Collaborative, curious, kind—and proud of it
- Central Office – Right by Warren Street and Great Portland Street tube stations (with great coffee and even better people)
