Aircraft Mechanic | Contract | England

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our renowned client in England. We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic, ideally with expertise on Airbus A320 and B737 NG aircraft.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Contract, base maintenance
  • Start Date: January 2025
  • Length: 4 months, with a likely extension
  • Hourly Rate: Competitive, deemed by the client to be outside IR35
  • Shift Pattern: 5/5/4; expected average of 60 hours per week
  • Tools: Required

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems and structures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues.
  • Carry out component replacements, adjustments, and testing as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and airworthiness regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of completed maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally working on A320 and B737 aircraft.
  • Valid HF, EWIS, and FTS (Initial and Refresher).
  • Right to work in the UK.
