An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our renowned client in England. We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic, ideally with expertise on Airbus A320 and B737 NG aircraft.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Contract, base maintenance
- Start Date: January 2025
- Length: 4 months, with a likely extension
- Hourly Rate: Competitive, deemed by the client to be outside IR35
- Shift Pattern: 5/5/4; expected average of 60 hours per week
- Tools: Required
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems and structures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues.
- Carry out component replacements, adjustments, and testing as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and airworthiness regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of completed maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally working on A320 and B737 aircraft.
- Valid HF, EWIS, and FTS (Initial and Refresher).
- Right to work in the UK.
