Senior Performance Reporting Analyst – Minimum once every two weeks in London Office
Responsibilities:
–Reporting Function Creation and Maturation
– Data Analysis and Performance
– Coaching and Stakeholder Engagement
– Continuous Improvement
– Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring
Requirements
– Knowledge of management fundamentals, and experience of application in practice to manage work scheduling and performance framework implementation.-
– Highly analytical and able to draw conclusions from analysis.
– Highly developed negotiating, influencing and persuading skills
– Proven problem-solving experience.
– Considerable experience of concepts and principles of performance management
– Experience of working in a corporate cross-business role with multiple stakeholders.
– Prioritisation, co-ordination, and time management skills are required to manage multiple stakeholder interactions on a broad range of topics, often to demanding deadlines.
– Advanced level skills in corporate systems and core MS Office, including PowerBi.
– Degree level or equivalent in Business Studies or a management related discipline, or 10+ years experience working in information Technology.
– Five or more years of IT business experience in performance reporting, Lead PMO or business analysis.
