Technical Manager, South West London We are seeking a Technical Manager to play a key role on a landmark residential development in South West London, working with one of the UK’s leading developers. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical delivery on a major project that will help redefine the local skyline. The development consists of 5 high-rise RC frame blocks delivering just under 600 high-quality residential units, forming part of a wider regeneration initiative in the area. The developer is known for their design-led approach, commitment to quality and strong project pipeline across London and the South West. Key responsibilities: Leading the technical coordination and design process from planning through to completion. Managing external consultants, ensuring timely and accurate design information. Overseeing the production and review of technical drawings, specifications, and approvals. Ensuring full compliance with building regulations, NHBC standards, planning obligations and internal quality benchmarks. Working closely with commercial, construction and planning teams to deliver a seamless programme. This role would suit a confident and experienced Technical Manager or a strong Senior Technical Coordinator ready to step up. A background in residential development, architecture or engineering is essential, with a deep understanding of UK building regulations and high-rise RC frame construction. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a flagship scheme with a developer that offers long-term progression and a supportive team environment.
