As a result of their continued successful growth this cutting-edge developer is currently seeking a Technical or Design Manager to join their team based in North London on a complex site comprising both RC blocks as well as traditional build housing. This well-established privately owned developer has a reputation for designing and building award winning schemes.
The successful candidate will oversee Technical Co-ordinators whilst also running their own schemes. It is therefore essential that applicants have experience managing and mentoring staff whilst also being hands-on in running RC-Framed, residential projects autonomously.
This role would suit Technical or Design Managers with residential or mixed-use experience within a similar developer or main contractor. However, exceptionally experienced Senior Technical and Design Co-ordinators will also be considered. Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering schemes on site to practical completion.
