Finatal is working with a private equity house that are looking to exit a £600m t/o Saas portfolio business that was a historical carve out. We need a hand on M&A consultant to support the portfolio CFO in the exit process. The primary objective will be to support the CFO, build data room, VDD, FDD, liase with external advisors and run projects around the SLT for the exit. The role is London based and will involve occasional travel. You’ll have experience in private equity backed businesses that are looking to exit, transactions services and large deal exposure.
