Technical Recruitment Resourcer

Your role:

  • Lead Recruitment Projects: Drive resource strategies to engage top candidates.
  • Assess Talent: Conduct initial screening calls to match candidates to roles.
  • Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Support candidates as they transition into new positions. Manage and update candidate databases, tracking progress effectively.
  • Facilitate Interviews: Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
