They are looking to onboard a Lead Software Engineer who will drive the development of cutting-edge software solutions and promote an environment of continuous innovation. The successful candidate will build the development team and implement best practices within the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive software development strategy that aligns with our business goals and fosters long-term growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers by overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
