Role Overview
Due to continuing expansion, we are looking to recruit a talented individual to work within our IT Support team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will work as a valued member of the IT Support team and support all aspects of the business such as stores, warehouses and office staff. You will also work on projects to facilitate technological improvements.

What does a typical day sound like?
- You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software to company standard, including tills, desktops and laptops.
- In a 1st/2nd line capacity, you will support the IT environment, and liaise with clients and users to troubleshoot any technical issues encountered.
- As part of a team, you will respond to breakdowns, as well as logging and processing support calls.
- You will maintain IT records including software licenses, asset registers and procedure documentation.
- Ad hoc, you will have the opportunity to take on project work for new business solutions and improvements.
