What will the role of Head of MFL entail?
- Raising attainment and the pupils' numbers for French A Level
- Leading a team of MFL Teachers across both Primary & Secondary - Secondary will be the core focus
- Quality of teaching across Languages
- Delivering engaging lessons to avoid behaviour issues
The Head Teacher is keen to find a language enthusiast who can take the Schools MFL / Languages curriculum & department to the next level. You'll be given full support from SLT while having the freedom to make changes where needed.

- Strong teaching capacity in French at a minimum - both French & Spanish would be the dream!
