Team Assistant needed to join a market leading property consultancy firm who really invest in their staff. A super social company based in amazing City based offices and offering hybrid working, if you are seeking a busy and varied supporting role then this is the role for you! Immediate start – 6 month FTC Supporting a busy team up to Partners level, daily duties to include: Diary management Event management – manage and organise seminars, client entertainment, dinners etc. Organise travel Respond to invites on behalf of the team Producing presentations for bids, formatting, and proof-reading documents General audio/copy typing and formatting of documents including letters, reports, meeting agendas and meeting minutes Processing expenses/mileage claims for the team Dealing with telephone enquiries/taking messages Mail merges Marketing and branding Finance and compliance administration (Excel tracking) You: Strong MS Office skills Strong organisation and communication skills Good typing skills and attention to detail Experience of supporting a team A strong administrator with a hard-working ethic, great personality and good sense of humour who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team
