Global hospitality client now requires a Senior Project Manager to join their transformation change team, working on key initiatives throughout the business.
This role will lead an array of technology and business change projects, ensuring planning, budget and scope control are governed effectively and project risks are mitigated.
The role:

Lead multiple projects across our client’s technology and business change landscape.

Utilise our clients change delivery framework, ensuring effective governance of projects.

Continuously adapt the project process and methodology depending on complexity, risk and stakeholders.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate all project risk issues, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.

Strong commercial experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple complex technology projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and coordinate a team.

Previous experience producing governance documentation, including project plans and budgets.

Previous experience within the Hospitality, Leisure or Retail sector.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of project management principles, frameworks and methodologies. (eg Prince2, Agile PM etc)
This is a permanent position which provides a base salary of up to £75,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
