Our product helps client-facing professionals like consultants, recruiters, and real estate agents automate the painful admin that eats up their day: email overload, scheduling chaos, meeting notes. Think of it as the AI Executive Assistant they’ve always needed—but never had.
The Traction Is Real. We launched in May 2024. Within 9 months, we’d already hit $10M ARR. In February 2025, we raised $10M Series A, backed by top-tier investors like Marc Benioff (Salesforce) and 20VC. We’ve served thousands of paying users across the UK and US and now we’re gearing up to scale to $50M in revenue and beyond.
What We’re Looking For. We’re hiring a Founding Talent Partner to build and scale our incredible team, with a strong focus on US-based hiring. This is our first in-house recruiting hire and a pivotal role in our next stage of growth. You’ll be partnering directly with the founders to shape the way we go to market—not just finding talent, but helping define who we hire, how we attract them, and what great looks like.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have 4+ years experience hiring in a high-growth SaaS or AI startups, where you have recruited in every function of the business.
- Must have built US-based commercial teams, compensation models, and what drives great reps in that markets.
- Have led full-cycle hiring: sourcing, interviewing, closing, and advising founders on comp and offers.
- Know how to run fast, but not cut corners as you balance quality and urgency.
- Have a good eye for talent beyond the CV, and are confident in assessing for sales DNA, grit, and coachability.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can take ownership and figure things out.
What You’ll Own:
- Full-cycle hiring across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and GTM Ops, with an initial focus on the US market.
- Partnering with leadership to define role requirements, build scorecards, and shape compensation plans.
- Building and maintaining outbound campaigns and candidate pipelines.
- Leading interviews, improving our hiring processes, and raising the bar for every hire.
- Supporting employer brand initiatives from careers pages to outbound messaging.
- Helping us navigate US hiring nuances: local expectations, benefits, comp benchmarks, and talent pockets.
