Installing and maintaining electrical installation and equipment (single & three phase systems) Repairing current using equipment and replacing malfunctioning components Assembling new electrical components and current using equipment Work well both individually and as part of a team Adhering to the safety protocols while performing daily operations Designing, installing small electrical installations Testing newly installed electrical installations Addressing any customer complaints and service requests Reviewing and communicating approximate work completion timelines to clients Undertaking regular maintenance checks and inspections Populating and issuing electrical certification Present a high standard of work at all times Team /Skill Specific At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, Electrical Supervisor, or a similar position in the electrical industry Certification in the completion of an electrical apprenticeship is essential NVQ Level 3 in the electrical industry Complete understanding of electrical practices, equipment, and materials Familiarity with hand and power tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented individual Ability to work at flexible hours Willingness to travel to various locations Administration/Reports To complete electronic worksheets and PDF/print reports on the day the work is carried out and left on site. Communicate professionally with the helpdesk and all staff members throughout the company, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment. To ensure the helpdesk is updated with your work status daily. Finance To complete timesheets weekly. To submit all overtime via timesheets which the cut-off is 10th of every month. To submit expenses no later than Tuesday midday every week to ensure no delays in payment. Communication To develop a good working relationship with co-workers and work closely with the helpdesk. Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service. Ability to offer improved customer service.
