This leading main contractor have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large residential scheme in South West London on a 12 month temp contract. Our client is working on 100,000 sqft new build office scheme and they need a capable Senior Surveyor, assisting the project with a team of surveyors currently working on the project reporting into a Managing Surveyor. For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the commercial sector, for either specialist fit out companies or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor.
