Your Role

  • Lead Bid Teams : Assemble, motivate, and manage teams to deliver high-quality, on-time submissions, covering the North West, Yorkshire and North East regions.
  • Shape Strategies : Develop and communicate winning strategies, ensuring every submission aligns with the plan.
  • Write to Win : Create and refine clear, compelling content while enhancing contributions from others.
  • Continuous Improvement : Learn from every bid, refining processes to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.

This role focuses on the competitive bid submission stage – once won, projects transition to our preconstruction team.
