The opportunity
We require a Director to join our leadership consulting team. Our core services include assessment, leadership development, coaching and team/board facilitation. We are privileged to work with fantastic client organisations at the most senior levels, undertaking challenging and rewarding projects that impact organisational, team and individual success, but want to also add to our portfolio of current clients.
What we’re looking for
You will be psychologically-minded and intellectually curious, with a broad commercial understanding of how organisations work, in order to have meaningful and value-adding conversations with senior stakeholders. You will be a proven business winner – a credible and relevant voice on leadership. Quality is central to our entire consulting approach, and therefore report writing ability and first-class presentation skills are essential. You should expect to contribute to, as well as learn from our existing highly-talented and respected practitioners. Delivering optimum solutions for our clients often requires the mobilisation of resource teams, so you will also need people and project management skills.
You will have a Masters in Occupational Psychology or Chartered Psychologist status and be accredited in a range of psychometric instruments. A coaching qualification is desirable. Most of all, you will love working in a great team, enjoy being challenged and offering innovative and bespoke consulting services to progressive client organisations.
