Excellent opportunity to join a well-established FMCG business as CI Manager where you will take the leading role in driving a culture of Continuous Improvement.
As CI Manager, your duties will include leading multiple CI projects, delivering training, events, and initiatives across the factory, working with all departments including production, engineering and technical.
The site has been through the early stages of their CI journey, however there is still lots of work to be done in ensuring the team understand the vision and importance of the site’s excellence strategy.
You will need to be analytical and have high attention to detail to be successful in this role! Digging deep into the stats, you will be accountable for analysing KPI data, developing reports, and planning improvement projects.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have been in a CI role across the manufacturing industry, a good understanding of Lean or equivalent, with Kaizen or Six Sigma credentials.
This role would suit a recent graduate with a few years industry experience or even a more seasoned professional who is keen to join a fantastic business! Our client is open if you have a genuine passion for Continuous Improvement.
