The Junior Premier League is recruiting a Marketing & Partnerships Manager.

We’re looking for a candidate who is motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive and can take our marketing to the next level; someone who knows how to lead a team, but isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and lead by example. The successful candidate will lead our marketing, social media and content team and help to shape and drive the JPL’s strategic marketing activities, across all platforms. This role will suit someone who is ambitious, energetic, flexible and ready to throw themselves into an organisation they can grow with.
The JPL’s new marketing and partnerships manager will sit right at the heart of the business, reporting to the JPL's Exco, and will come into contact with every department to ensure our messaging and brand is consistent and impactful wherever it appears. They will lead efforts to develop a recognisable brand and the wider public understanding of our role in the football landscape, as well as drive the marketing strategy behind existing products, services and events. An understanding and appreciation of the football industry is vital, and we expect the successful candidate will have had previous experience of working in football, either with a club, brand or a league. Our hybrid-working model will allow you some variety in your place of work, offering you the chance to work from home on some days each week. Our staff liaise closely with their managers when it comes to work hours and their place of work, according to the demands of their role.
