We are seeking a senior quantitative modeller to lead the development of innovative nature and climate models. This role focuses on designing technical solutions to quantify the impacts and dependencies of businesses on climate and nature, driving actionable insights and strategic analytics for global corporations.
As a senior modeller, you will take ownership of developing models to assess physical risks from climate change and nature, including geospatial data analysis and translating complex scientific concepts into meaningful business insights. You will scope actionable project plans, align strategic objectives, and act as the primary contact for climate and nature risk analytics, ensuring results are compelling and relevant to corporate decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in mathematical modelling, geospatial analysis, and scientific programming (Python preferred), along with experience working with large environmental datasets such as CMIP6 or SSPs. Strong communication skills, a background in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field, and experience delivering sustainability-related projects are essential. Advanced knowledge in environmental economics, natural catastrophe modelling, or climate risk quantification would be an advantage.
