This new role in our expanding London Tax practice, supporting Directors and a wider team with the ongoing operation and coordination Tax Compliance projects.

As part of the Tax Team, you will specialise in Corporation Tax, servicing the firm’s largest stand-alone and client groups, primarily within the travel industry.

You will be responsible for the provision of tax compliance and consultancy services to this growing portfolio of clients. Working alongside, and supervising, a corporation tax junior, you will be required to liaise with the audit team in ensuring statutory accounts provide for materially correct tax provisions. This will be followed by liaising directly with clients to ensure CT600s are finalised and submitted in good time.

You should be familiar with, and preferably have working knowledge of, group tax planning, including, but not limited to, group relief planning, group payment arrangements and overall tax mitigation. Additionally, you should be familiar with, and preferably have a working knowledge of, Senior Accounting Officer requirements, publishing Tax Strategies, Corporate Interest Restrictions and Country By Country Reporting. Transfer pricing knowledge would also be a plus.
