Job Description
Working for one of the UK’s leading financial services providers this is a 12-month fixed term opportunity for a HR Transformation Lead to be based in central London (hybrid working). Acting as the Programme Lead you will deliver a complex HR transformation shaping the future of a dynamic technology function. The programme aims to elevate workforce engagement, build future-fit skills, and align organisational design with strategic goals. Spanning multiple workstreams, the programme will be critical to enabling a high-performing, innovative, and customer-focused technology offering. Workstreams will include:
