Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Location: Aylesbury Salary: up to £37,000 Additional £25 call out payment. On call once every 8 weeks, for 3 days over the weekend. Hours: Week 1 Monday to Friday 06:00 to 15:30pm Week 2 Monday to Saturday 06:00 to 15:30pm, with a day off in the week. Job Type : Permanent, Full Time Skills and Experience Needed: Understanding of mechanical processes and assemblies. Ability to bring a team together with open communication, teamwork and a positive work culture. Have completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications in the engineering trade. Previous experience withing the agricultural or food industry would be beneficial. Duties will Include: Carry out ongoing improvements projects. Maintain on a daily basis the machinery and plant on site in a safe and responsible manner. Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to line manager. Perform trouble shooting to solve minor repair issues Diagnose fault, repair and return equipment to operational service.
