Broking Manager – c£45k to £58k (neg) + Excellent Benefits Package Due to some exciting changes, this established independent insurance broker are looking to add a Broking Manager to oversea the corporate support function which consists of 12 people, made up by a Team Leader, Placement Brokers, Account Handlers and Administrators. Placing c£18mGWP as a business across two established sites in Yorkshire. As a team they support Account Executives with the servicing and retention of their clients, placing risks with leading insurers & MGA’s and working closely with the in-house claims team when required. Good all-round commercial knowledge is required for this role as it will be used as a technical referral for the Handlers, along with solid existing relationships with insurers across the region. Although the Broking Team Leader will take up day to day things such as training, reviews and one to one’s, this role will have a lot of involvement in the technical development of the team, ensuring retention and growth targets are reached and the distribution of work loads. The role will sit in on management meetings and be a part of the a driven leadership team who are looking for someone with a similar mindset that can continue to push the business forward.
