This is a NOC Engineer role, where you will be supporting a global client base on various networking issues at a 2nd line level. The role is paying between £34 - 40K plus shift allowance! You will be working 4 days on, 4 days off, split between 2-day shifts and 2-night shifts. Looking to get started right away, so immediately available or shorter notice candidates preferred at this stage.

My client is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated exclusively to delivering innovative IT solutions to public sector clients. Their mission is to empower public services through secure, scalable, and cost-effective network infrastructures.

As a NOC Engineer you will play a pivotal role in supporting and troubleshooting networking outages/issues at a 2nd line level. Assisting the 1st line team with issues, you will gain lots of experience as a mentor. You will cover IT, Networks, Firewalls, Satellite antenna systems and web traffic filtering rules.
