HR Business Partner, 10 Month FTC – Leading National Charity – London with hybrid working – £43,000This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join one of the UK’s most recognised charities.Reporting in to the Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing a tailored HR Service to specific functions. Your key accountabilities will include:- Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries and grievances Coaching and upskilling line managers Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner with restructures Using HR metrics and data to spot trends and tailor guidance to Managers and Heads of Department Advising and train Managers on people policies and procedures Working closely with the broader HR team including recruitment,reward and learning specialists You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of resolving key people issues and providing effective advice to managers. Experience of managing complex employee relations issues needs to be combined with an ability to spot key trends from HR data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
