- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (local operations, Digital Marketing, MPP, CRM Creative Hub, PR, Marketing Analytics) to set market priorities and action plans.
- Work closely with local and central stakeholders to ensure well-integrated plans, budgeting, KPI measurement and reporting.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- 6+ years of experience in generalist marketing and communications, preferably in a fast-paced, app-focused tech environment.
- Good relationship management as you will engage with local teams, central brand teams and partners across several different functions such as operations, PR and Public Affairs.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to bring the FREENOW brand to life in a way that is both consistent with our brand identity and culturally relevant to the local market.
- A strong customer-centric approach, always considering how customers engage with and experience the brand.
- Experienced in content strategy, content creation, social media, and PR, with the ability to own local content development across key touchpoints.
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, constantly-changing work environment.
- Experience working with Media agencies.
