The Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll engage with companies in the Tech Sector, build relationships, and offer recruitment and consulting services. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle , which includes: Building client relationships through business development , networking , and market research. Sourcing and headhunting candidates who match your clients’ hiring requirements. Managing interviews and ensuring both candidates and clients receive the best possible experience.
