About the location: Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
What you will do:
- Manage assigned account profiles in line with Four Seasons standards (MOS), with a focus on revenue generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across assigned markets, leveraging industry knowledge and market intelligence.
- Identify new business opportunities, particularly in long-stay residential bookings and the luxury leisure segment.
- Plan and execute sales strategies including prospecting, sales trips, sales blitzes, familiarization tours, and virtual/in-person client meetings.
- Serve as the Hotel’s lead for Preferred Partner and American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) programs.
- Educate and engage travel advisors through tailored communications, training, and hosted events.
- Monitor and report on market trends, booking patterns, account performance, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and support the Director of Sales in managing team initiatives and market insights.
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar luxury travel sales role with a strong track record in assigned territories.
- Deep understanding of high-end leisure travel distribution, global agency networks, and luxury travel consortia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, accounts, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools such as PowerPoint or Canva.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Golden Sales & Catering (S&C) is preferred.
- Flexible to travel globally for client visits, tradeshows, and Four Seasons events.
