Grant Thornton’s Agile Talent Community is a network of contract professionals, giving you the opportunity to work with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis whilst being supported by our dedicated Agile Talent team.

Joining us in Actuarial & Risk Advisory

We provide specialist actuarial and risk management advisory to our clients. Our clients typically comprise of insurance companies and pension funds however we also assist clients from a range of other sectors with statistical analysis, modelling and predictive analytics.

We have a broad spectrum of subject matter experts, with core strengths in independent expert work, Solvency II Internal Model validation, IFRS17 implementation, redress and remediation and finance process optimisation. Our team structure focuses on strong business development specialists at the senior manager level and above, combined with a broad analyst base, allowing quick and efficient delivery within the team.

Joining the Agile Talent Community as an Interim Pricing Actuary, you will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time within Actuarial & Risk Advisory and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.

Skills we are looking for

  • Demonstrable Actuarial experience gained within General Insurance.
  • Excelled Pricing experience.
  • Happy to be onsite 3 days a week.
