The Role
As a Client-Side Building Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the estate. You will be responsible for overseeing planned maintenance, refurbishment, compliance, and improvement projects across a broad range of property types. This is a varied and high-profile role with both autonomy and strong internal support, offering a mix of hands-on surveying and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional building surveying services across a diverse commercial estate
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance projects, refurbishments, and asset improvement schemes
- Provide technical advice on dilapidations, defect diagnosis, and compliance issues
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, internal stakeholders, and tenants

About You
- MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor (or working towards)
- Solid experience in a commercial property environment
