Project Engineer Lechlade £38,000 – £43,000 Per Annum Our client, are global leaders in their field! They are recruiting for a Project Engineer to support their continuous improvement activities and be responsible for all aspects of front end engineering! Project Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: Work across the business with various departments to support NPI, Projects, Manufacturing processes, quotations and procurement Liaise with customers to understand customer requirements, specifications, and drawings Create design packs, general assembly drawings, wiring diagrams/schematics, Bill of Materials (BoM), Work Instructions, Test methods and both electrical and mechanical manufacturing drawings Be responsible for all changes including production, using the change control process Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and applying LEAN methodologies Review build practices and look to implement test jigs, fixtures and process improvements to help drive quality improvements Provide daily, weekly and monthly data and analytics to the business Be pro-active in health & safety matters, documenting and reporting unsafe practices Provide daily, weekly and monthly data and analytics to the business Management supporting quotation, procurement with part and alternative reviews
