Project Manager (EPC / Solar) Site Based – Maidstone, Ashford, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Staplehurst, Kingsnorth, Gillingham, Crowborough, Uckfield and Surrounding Areas £50,000 – £58,000 + Car Allowance (£500 p/m) + Bonus (10%) + Healthcare + Holidays (28 plus banks) Are you from a Construction / Civils / Electrical background within the Solar, Wind, BESS, Electrical Connections or HV sector? Do you want the chance to have responsibility over large complex utility-scale solar projects where your decisions can guide companies success and growth. The company are an engineering, procurement & construction specialist within the Renewables sector, with a presence across the world. With major Solar farm developments across the UK. In this role you will have a high level of responsibility in the project management and oversight of large utility scale solar projects across the Kent area. You will be involved in each aspect of the full construction process with regular interaction with every department. You will be managing the project execution, including profit and loss, proposals, presentations and finally, the connection to the grid. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project management professional looking to play a vital role within a rapidly growing global renewable energy specialist company, offering training, development and career progression. The Role: *Lead and manage all project management activities for utility scale solar projects *Manages solar project execution, including profit and loss management, working with trade contractors, and/or participating in proposals and presentations. *Manages project performance status reports for schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and environment, quality control, and best practices/lessons learned programs.
