This is a great opportunity for someone with a successful track record in customer service delivery to take on this challenging and rewarding role, where you will deliver a range of administrative and legal solutions to tenancy infractions. This will involve resolving breaches of tenancy, including misuse of property and ASB, devising and delivering practical solutions. Working to agreed timescales, you will work with colleagues, solicitors and the customer to ensure the best outcome and make sure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
