An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valuation Surveyor to join a leading, well-established property consultancy covering commercial properties across Staffordshire and Shropshire. This is a great role for a surveyor with experience in either commercial or residential property looking to expand their expertise in the commercial sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out property valuations, providing professional advice, and assisting clients with various property-related matters. You’ll work alongside an experienced team in a dynamic environment with the opportunity for personal and professional development., * Carrying out valuations for a wide range of commercial properties, including offices, industrial units, retail spaces, and land.

  • Preparing detailed valuation reports and recommendations in accordance with RICS guidelines.

  • Advising clients on market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities.
