Overview:
- An Amazing opportunity to join the Londoner teamas Assistant Food and BeverageManager. As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all the food and beverage outlets alongside the extensive meeting and events operation.
- As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all the food and beverage outlets achieve therevenue,profit,and customer satisfaction goalsat all times.
- Direct the food and beveragemanagement teamto ensure both customer andemployeesatisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded,whilst seekingopportunities to improve the guest experiencevia the relevant guest feedback platforms.
- Support coach, develop and mentor thehead ofdepartments withinthe food and beverage operation and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
About You:
- To be considered for this role, you must have current Food and Beverage Management experience within alarge scale multioutletfood and beverage operation within a4 or 5 starhotel.
- Be capable ofdemonstratingoutstanding leadership, coaching, planning and communication skillswhilst adoptinga strategic approachwith forward planning.
- Have the ability tomanage and achieve budgetary goals byanalysinghistorical data,forecasts,and revenues, implementing strategies to drive sales and revenueand control wage costs.
- Proventrack recordofteam development, coaching and mentoringawinning team.
