Job objective:

• Preparation and maintenance of racing vehicles
• Work on racing vehicles on the racetrack and in international competitions
• Part of the Pitstop Crew

Tasks:

• Building the racing vehicles to the given specifications
• Maintenance of the racing vehicles based on the specified mileage
• Implementation of the technical specifications from engineering
• Careful documentation of modifications to the vehicle in consultation with the crew chief
• Use of the technical manual
• Preparation and training for operations on the racetrack, e.g. pit stop training
• Responsible implementation of the defined task during pit stops
• Care and maintenance of equipment

Requirements:

• Completed education as a mechanic/mechatronics engineer or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience, including in the professional GT3 racing environment
• Independent and careful way of working
• Teamwork and reliability
• Flexibility in terms of time and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• Class C/CE driving license including driver qualification certificate and valid driver card desirable

Rutronik Racing ist auf der Suche nach einem motivierten Rennmechaniker (m/w/d) an unserem Hauptsitz in Remchingen, Deutschland. Wenn du auf der Suche nach einer neuen Herausforderung bist und deine Fähigkeiten einbringen möchtest, dann werde ein Teil des jungen und dynamischen Teams.

Stellenziel:

• Vorbereitung und Instandhaltung der Rennfahrzeuge
• Einsatz der Rennfahrzeuge an der Rennstrecke sowie in internationalen Wettbewerben
• Bestandteil der Pitstop Crew

Aufgaben:

• Aufbau der Rennfahrzeuge zu den vorgegebenen Spezifikationen
• Instandhaltung der Rennfahrzeuge anhand der vorgegebenen Laufleistungen
• Umsetzung der technischen Vorgaben aus dem Engineering
• Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Umbauten am Fahrzeug in Absprache mit dem Crew Chief
• Nutzung des technischen Handbuches
• Vorbereitung und Training für die Einsätze an der Rennstrecke z.B. Boxenstopptraining
• Verantwortungsvolle Umsetzung der definierten Aufgabe bei Boxenstopps
• Pflege und Wartung des Equipments

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Mechaniker/Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, darunter im Umfeld des professionellen GT3 Rennsports
• Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
• Zeitliche Flexibilität sowie Einsatzbereitschaft an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
• Führerschein Klasse C/CE inklusive Fahrerqualifizierungsnachweis und gültiger Fahrerkarte wünschenswert
