Internal Sales Engineer Castleford PERMANENT Overview Our client is a leading manufacturer of fluid handling components, as a successful international group, they are renowned for their niche engineering capabilities, quality components and our innovation, reliability, and performance. They collaborate with well established customers dealing with multiple industry sectors, major OEM’s, process, and end user markets. They have outstanding products and solutions tailored for environments where the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene is needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading manufacturing company. Job Description The ideal Internal Sales Engineer will seamlessly integrate into our well-established team, upholding the high standards our clientele has come to expect. Your role will involve liaising closely with both internal and external teams, ensuring client requirements are met in a timely fashion. Key responsibilities: * Interpret customer needs, thereby proposing the most fitting pump solution for their processes. * Address and answer technical queries with a knack for troubleshooting customer challenges. * Draft and dispatch quotations and manage orders (tailored CRM training will be provided as necessary). * Assist with large and technically complex RFQs * Stay up to date on the companies product suite and services, via the comprehensive in-house training curriculum. The successful candidate: * Technical experience with specifying pumps. * Confidence, organised, and an intrinsic motivation to collaborate. * Proficient in functioning efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines. * Familiarity with CRM platforms – experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a bonus. * A team player, having a track record of working with both internal and external peers Ideal candidates will have a wealth of knowledge in the Pump Industry. This is a permanent role where you will be expected to work 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 15:00 on a Friday. In return you can expect a salary of £40k – £45k dependant on previous experience. You will also qualify for a company bonus scheme, plus a wealth of other benefits.
